Refunds and Returns 

Returns Policy is for online only purchases.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase,we reserve the right to first and foremost fix the error by providing a replacement at no charge to you.If a replacement of the item is not available and another solution is not possible we are able to provide a refund.

You must contact us about the exchange within 10 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) for an exchange.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you have a problem with your purchase please email info@zetahandmade.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the product as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

It can take 3-5 working days for the money to be reversed into your primary payment method and you will be notified by e-mail that a refund has been processed for you.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase,so please choose carefully.
